Has anyone been doing any duck hunting? I have been a few times with some sucess.

I love eat duck French orange preparation... But it's so long to do, I just did once. But it was so good.
(It is an important souvenir for me because it was the last meal I did make for my Dad a few weeks before I loose him)...
