 Tried something different Tina and I just got done grinding up the fallow. We bought a box of bacon ends and pieces which comes in a 3 pound box. We ran that through the grinder and made 1/2 pounds bags. We added one bag of the ground bacon to 2 pounds of the ground fallow. It is a little different but it has that great bacon taste. Plus, the meat does not come out dry. I talked to Lance about it briefly but went ahead and went for broke. It turned out to be pretty good.
